ICF Charlotte Area Charter Chapter (ICF CACC) operates under the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a global organization for certified professional coaches with over 65,000 members worldwide.
The ICF Charlotte Chapter was established in 2000 and has over 100 talented members and affiliates in the Charlotte and Western Carolinas Area.
The Chapter website, newsletter, and events provide valuable opportunities for interested parties to reach our members and the local community.
ICF-CACC members and affiliates receive special pricing to advertising on chapter communication venues.

Advertising Options
Website Advertising
The ICF CACC website averages over one thousand unique visitors a month. Website advertising consists of a banner ad at the bottom of the Chapter home page limited to 2 advertisements maximum.
Newsletter Advertising
The ICF CACC Chapter newsletter is issued once a month to over 700 subscribers with an average open rate of over 60%. Newsletter advertising consists of a banner ad at the bottom of the email limited to 2 advertisements maximum.
Banner Advertising Package Website and Newsletter
Package includes a banner ad on the Chapter homepage and in the newsletter with a 20% savings discount.

General Conditions and Requirements
Products and services should directly support and benefit coaches with their business and/or development of their coaching skills.
ICF CACC retains the right to enroll and publish promotional and advertising material from multiple parties in Chapter managed resources.
- The order of promotional and advertising material in all Chapter managed resources will be determined solely by the Chapter.
- Receipt of payment in full is required to initiate all promotion and advertising scheduling per the defined frequency.
- Exclusive promotion rights and pricing can be provided upon request.
- ICF-CACC does not sell or rent information about its members or event attendees. We will not provide member or attendance information from events.
- ICF-CACC reserves the right to refuse or cancel agreements with external parties. Policies, provisions, space availability and pricing are subject to change.
Promotional and Advertising Material Guidelines
Criteria:
- All promotional and advertising material is subject to review and approval by ICF-CACC. If an advertisement does not meet Chapter specifications, we will work with the material provider to remediate concerns.
- Requested updates to active promotional and advertising material already in circulation can incur additional charges.
- If promotional and advertising material cannot be approved for Chapter usage, all received payments for unfulfilled arrangements will be refunded within 60 days.
All final ads should be sent to the Director of Marketing and Communications.

- Newsletter: Sizes will be supplied upon reservation, JPG or PNG, max file size 1MB
- Acceptable file types are .jpg or .png.
