Sponsor Our Chapter

Our chapter serves as a hub for experienced and aspiring coaches to learn, support, grow, and advance the coaching profession. Partnering with ICF-CACC as a sponsor, provides an excellent opportunity to connect with its members and affiliates in Charlotte and Western Carolinas.

Sponsorships offer exposure at events, on our website, and/or in our newsletter via advertising. If you are interested, please connect with our Director of Outreach and Partnerships to discuss.

Volunteer

ICF-CACC is an organization powered by the dedication and effort of its volunteers. Everything that happens in the chapter - continuing education, social events, pro bono coaching, etc. - is a testament to the invaluable contributions of our members.

Volunteering benefits our members as well. It helps you broaden your coaching network and build new friendships with other coaches. It offers you the opportunity to hone new skills and see your ideas and passions come to life within the chapter. Collaborating with other members is not only fulfilling, but enjoyable as well.

Consider joining a Core Chapter Team, being part of the Board, or helping out with a special project or event. On average, our dedicated volunteers commit a few hours each month, shaping the future of our chapter.

As the coaching profession evolves, ICF-CACC strives to deliver valuable continuing education opportunities to our members. We create a forum to explore varying perspectives, understand new research, and share best practices.

We're continually on the lookout for speakers who bring innovative, relevant, and educational content to the table. We value diversity in our speaker line-up and topics.

Participate in Communities of Practice

Communities of Practice are more than just monthly gatherings. They are opportunities for groups of people to come together and explore specific topics in greater depth. These communities dig beneath the surface and share their knowledge and experiences to advance their understanding.

Communities of practice help us create a vibrant hub for ICF-CACC coaches. It's here that ideas are shared, learning is encouraged, and collective wisdom is cultivated.

Get Involved in Pro Bono Coaching

Service is one of ICF-CACC's core values. One of the ways we seek to live the value of service is by providing pro bono coaching in order to positively impact our community. Pro Bono coaching also promotes the value of the coaching profession and benefits the coaches who volunteer their time.

ICF-CACC is proud to partner with ICF-Raleigh each year to provide coaching for Leadership North Carolina graduates.

We are currently looking for opportunities to expand our Pro Bono coaching program with non-profits in the area.
